Your appointments are very important to us! To ensure efficient scheduling and accommodate the needs of all our clients, a 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. We kindly request that cancellations or rescheduling be made with at least 24 hours' notice. If proper notice is not provided, the deposit will be forfeited. At the time of your appointment, if you choose not to receive the booked service, you will be responsible for a cancellation fee for that service. If you reserve an appointment but are unable to receive the service due to contraindications, the cancellation fee will still apply.
